In order to offer the best selection and prices we order our products directly from the manufacturers’ warehouse. Depending on the location of the warehouse and the location to the customer, average delivery times are 21 business days to your door step pending inventory availability. Estimated Time to Ship: 
*If an item is in stock, it usually ships in 2-5 business days to our warehouse.

Estimated Time in Transit: 
Will take approximately 5-16 business days to your location.

Note: Ashley Signature Design items and case goods (Beds, tables, etc) take 14-21 days to ship to our warehouse. Ashley upholstery pieces (sofas, loveseats, chairs, etc.) take 10-14 days to ship to our warehouse.  All Ashley products are stocked in the US.

• Estimated Time to Ship: This is the normal time it takes to get an item pulled from the warehouse, packaged and picked up for delivery. This process begins if your order is placed today.
• Estimated Time in Transit: This is the average time it takes for your purchase to reach your home once it is picked up from our warehouse.
• Express Ordering: If you need an item quicker than our normal delivery times, we might be able to help. Express ordering may be available (depending on the item(s)). Express ordering would require additional charges. Please contact us if you feel you need these services.
• Backordered items: If an item is not in stock, we will notify you of the delay along with the estimated time of delay. At that point you can exchange the item, cancel the order or apply the order for future credit.
